Tim and Dede Wint are a powerhouse husband-and-wife team whose work has impacted countless lives across the globe. Through their extensive experience with Texas Baptist Men (TBM), they have brought vital clean water, sanitation, and hygiene education to underserved communities in places like Papua New Guinea, Uganda, and Burkina Faso. Dede, serving as Vice President of TBM Water Ministry, and Tim, with his strong engineering background, have combined their expertise to lead projects that not only meet physical needs but also open doors to share the love and hope of Jesus Christ.
The Wints are passionate about equipping others, and their approach always includes training local teams to maintain and expand the life-saving initiatives they establish. Whether it’s drilling a well in a refugee camp or teaching hygiene practices in remote villages, Tim and Dede’s work empowers communities to sustain these resources long after they leave. Their vision isn’t just about quenching thirst but also delivering the “Living Water” that changes lives for eternity.
Now, the Wints are channeling their years of humanitarian aid experience into a new chapter by joining forces with Anchored International. Their mission is to assist in preparing the next generation of missionaries with practical, kingdom-focused skills. By guiding future gospel workers in areas like health, sanitation, and community development, they’re helping to ensure these leaders are equipped to meet physical and spiritual needs wherever God calls them.
