Core Missionary Training is an intensive one-month pre-field program for missionaries who want meaningful preparation before going overseas but simply cannot commit to our full three-month Elite Missionary Training.
We've taken the core classroom training from our flagship program and concentrated it into one month of biblical, missiological, spiritual, and cross-cultural preparation.
Our Elite Missionary Training remains the most comprehensive preparation we offer, and whenever possible, it's what we recommend for missionaries preparing for long-term cross-cultural service.
But we also understand reality.
Departure dates are already set. Support raising takes longer than expected. Sending organizations have their own timelines. Families have commitments. Sometimes a missionary simply cannot step away for three months.
That shouldn't mean going without intentional pre-field preparation.
Core Missionary Training gives you one concentrated month built around the essential foundations we believe missionaries need before they go.

You have the opportunity to invest three months and want our most comprehensive preparation experience, including deeper formation, practical skills, extended simulations, resilience development, and ongoing mentorship.
Elite remains our recommended preparation for missionaries pursuing long-term cross-cultural service. Core exists because we would rather send a missionary with one month of intentional preparation than send them with none.

Core Missionary Training was developed out of decades of missionary experience and hundreds of missionaries trained through our field-based programs.
We aren't simply asking:
